Week 15 - Taste Buds... yummy

15 weeks Nov. 24, 2009 • Size: Length 4-4.5in, weight 1.5-2oz, Size Lemon

" Your growing baby now measures about 4 inches long, crown to rump, and weighs in at about 2 1/2 ounces (about the size of an apple). It's busy moving amniotic fluid through the nose and upper respiratory tract, which helps the primitive air sacs in the lungs begin to develop. The legs are growing longer than the arms now, and baby can move all of the joints and limbs. Although the eyelids are still fused shut, baby can sense light. If you shine a flashlight at your tummy, for instance, it's likely to move away from the beam. There's not much for your baby to taste at this point, but baby is forming taste buds." - Baby Center

Thanksgiving was a great time of relaxation with ben's family. We really enjoyed just getting to lay around and do nothing.
